TimeToRent connects property owners and renters through a simple and effective advertising platform. For Property Owners: Choose a membership plan, list your property, and receive inquiries from potential renters. All rental agreements and payments are handled directly between you and the renter. For Renters: Browse available properties and contact property owners directly to arrange viewings and rental agreements.
3. Do I need to pay commission when I rent out my property?
No, TimeToRent does not take any commission on bookings. Your membership fee covers your listing, and all rental agreements and payments are handled directly between you and the renter.
4. Does TimeToRent process payments for rentals?
No, we do not handle rental payments. All payment arrangements must be made directly between the property owner and the renter.
5. What happens when my membership expires?
When your membership expires, your property listing(s) will no longer be active. To keep your property listed, you must renew your membership and reactivate your property.
6. I've received a message from a potential renter. What should I do next?
Once your property listing is live, you may receive inquiries from potential renters. You can choose to accept or decline a booking request. If you decide to proceed, you’ll need to arrange payment directly with the renter, as TimeToRent does not process payments on-site. All payment arrangements must be handled between you and the renter.
7. How can I remove my property or update its availability?
You can manage your listing at any time through your account. Our platform allows you to deactivate your property if it’s no longer available and reactivate it later if needed. You can also update availability dates using the built-in calendar to reflect when your property is open for bookings. These changes can be made quickly through your dashboard, giving you full control over your listing. Please note that deactivated properties do not pause your active membership.
