When your membership expires, your property listing(s) will no longer be active. To keep your property listed, you must renew your membership and reactivate your property.

Once your property listing is live, you may receive inquiries from potential renters. You can choose to accept or decline a booking request. If you decide to proceed, you’ll need to arrange payment directly with the renter, as TimeToRent does not process payments on-site. All payment arrangements must be handled between you and the renter.

You can manage your listing at any time through your account. Our platform allows you to deactivate your property if it’s no longer available and reactivate it later if needed. You can also update availability dates using the built-in calendar to reflect when your property is open for bookings. These changes can be made quickly through your dashboard, giving you full control over your listing. Please note that deactivated properties do not pause your active membership.
